Voyage Care in Norton Fitzwarren is seeking a Female Night Support Worker (24 hours per week) to provide compassionate personal care and bedtime support, helping residents gain independence.

Typical shifts are Monday to Sunday 07:30–19:30 with nights as required. The role pays £13.56 per hour, with enhanced pay for evenings and weekends, overtime rates, and a range of staff benefits. DBS checks and training are provided, with opportunities for progression within a supportive team.

Female Night Support Worker (24 hours per week) - Norton Fitzwarren - £13.56 p/h

Our nursing service in Norton Fitzwarren is an old farmhouse with large grounds including fruit trees and a walled garden. Its a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! As a Night Support Worker, you’ll be enhancing the lives of people we support by assisting with bedtime routines, including personal care and completing regular checks throughout the night. You will also be expected to complete domestic duties in any spare time.
