Cygnet in Kirby-le-Soken, Essex, is seeking a confident Female Night Support Worker to care for adults with learning disabilities at Ducks Halt. You will work 40 hours per week during nights to provide compassionate, person-centred support.
The role focuses on physical and emotional care, promoting independence, and a safe, engaging environment. DBS check is required and staff development is encouraged.

We are looking for a confident Female Night Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
You'll be working 40 hours a week (Nights Only), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Ducks Halt.
Due to a genuine occupational requirement at this site we are currently only able to accept applications from Females at this time, this remains under review
Based in the picturesque village of Kirby-le-Soken, Essex, Ducks Halt supports adults who are living with learning disabilities and complex needs, including those who have additional mental and physical health needs, and behaviours that may challenge.
At Ducks Halt, each person we support is unique, they have their own goals, needs and interests. We work with each individual to ensure that their life is filled with activities that they enjoy, whilst also supporting them to develop their life skills to enable them to live independently. We encourage and enable the individuals we support to lead a full and happy life.
£13.15 per/hour up to £13.45 per/hour post probation.
Please note: successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
