Job summary

Priory Group is seeking a Female Support Worker for night shifts at Levitt Mill & Barn, Maltby. The role offers permanent full-time hours with 30-40 hour contracts and shift times 10pm–8am, including some weekends.

Salary is £13.45 per hour. Applicants must note that, due to residents' needs, this position is restricted to females. The facility provides residential support for residents with learning disabilities and/or autism in a semi-rural setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily living tasks.

• Support service users in achieving their personal outcomes in the way they choose.
• Maintain accurate records, care plans, charts, and daily notes.
• Build positive relationships with service users, families, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Uphold safety, security, and confidentiality in line with policies and regulations.
• Act as a key worker for individuals, helping them to set goals and track progress.
• Promote choice, independence, and involvement at all times.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing ideas and suggestions.
