Job summary

The Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking a Female Complex Care Support Worker to assist a non-verbal client with Autism, ADHD and learning disabilities in Keighley, West Yorkshire. You will provide person-centred support, manage personal care with dignity, and respond to non-verbal cues in a compassionate, patient manner.

Shifts include a minimum of 2 per week with varied times; you will work closely with a care team to ensure wellbeing, safety and independence while following company

Qualifications

• Female applicants only due to personal care requirements.
• Experience supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities is essential.
• Understanding of Autism and person-centred support approaches.
• Excellent communication and observational skills.
• Reliable, patient and compassionate attitude.
• Ability to understand and respond to non-verbal communication.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional care and support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, person-centred support tailored to the client’s individual needs.
• Develop a positive and trusting working relationship with the client.
• Understand and respond to non-verbal communication and behavioural cues.
• Support with personal care while maintaining dignity and respect.
• Assist with daily living activities and promote independence.
• Administer medication in line with training and procedures.
• Complete accurate documentation and report changes or concerns.
• Promote wellbeing, choice, inclusion and quality of life.
