Job summary

Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking an experienced Female Support Worker to join a dedicated care team supporting a female client with Autism, ADHD, and Learning Disabilities in Keighley, West Yorkshire. The role requires sensitivity to non-verbal communication and a compassionate, patient approach to personalised care.

Shifts include weekday evenings and at least one weekend shift, with pay between £13.00 and £13.92 per hour.

Qualifications

• Female applicants only due to personal care requirements.
• Previous experience supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities is essential.
• Understanding of Autism and person-centred support approaches.
• Excellent communication and observational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, person-centred support tailored to the client's individual needs.
• Develop a positive and trusting working relationship.
• Understand and respond appropriately to non-verbal communication and behavioural cues.
• Support with personal care while maintaining dignity and respect.
• Assist with daily living activities and promoting independence.
• Administer medication in line with training and company procedures.
• Complete accurate documentation and report any changes or concerns.
• Promote wellbeing, choice, inclusion, and quality of life.
