Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking a Female Complex Care Assistant to support a young client in her Bradford home. This weekend-only role offers £14 per hour for 8 hours across Saturday and Sunday, with 24-hour clinical needs including tracheostomy and ventilation support.

Qualifications

At Libertatem, we're seeking a compassionate and skilled Female Complex Care Assistant to support a young client in her family home in Bradford. This is an opportunity to become part of a dedicated care team that helps a child with complex healthcare needs live safely, comfortably, and enjoy the activities she loves most.

Our client lives at home with her parents and siblings in a loving family environment. She enjoys music, stories, sensory interaction, and massage, and thrives when supported by caring professionals who take the time to understand her unique needs.

Due to the personal care requirements of this role, a female care assistant is required.

About the Role

You will support a young client with complex clinical needs, including:

• Dystonia
• Developmental Regression
• Optic Atrophy and Cortical Visual Impairment (CVI)

Our client has a tracheostomy, requires 24-hour ventilation, is gastrostomy-fed, and is fully dependent on others for her personal care, mobility, and daily living needs.

As a valued member of the care team, you will provide safe, person-centred care while helping to create a positive and engaging environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing personal care and hygiene support
• Supporting mobility and positioning requirements
• Delivering complex clinical care in the home
• Monitoring wellbeing and responding appropriately to changing needs
• Supporting communication, comfort, and sensory engagement
• Building positive relationships with the client and her family
• Promoting a safe, nurturing, and dignified care experience
