Job summary

The Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking a Female Complex Care Support Worker to assist a non-verbal client with Autism, ADHD and learning disabilities in Keighley, West Yorkshire. You will provide person-centred support, manage personal care with dignity, and respond to non-verbal cues in a compassionate, patient manner.

Shifts include a minimum of 2 per week with varied times; you will work closely with a care team to ensure wellbeing, safety and independence while following company

About The Role

Female Complex Care Support Worker

Location: Keighley, West Yorkshire

Pay Rate: between £13.00 - £13.92 per hour

Shifts: Required to work minimum of 2 shifts per week,

• Monday to Friday: 15:15 - 20:45
• Saturday - 16:00 - 22:00 (2 shifts per month)
• Required to work a minimum of one shift per week

We are looking for an experienced Female Support Worker to join a dedicated care team supporting a female client with Autism, ADHD, and Learning Disabilities.

Our client is non-verbal and relies heavily on her support workers' ability to recognise, interpret, and respond to her individual communication methods, behaviours, and non-verbal cues. The successful candidates will be patient, observant, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality, person-centred support.

Note: This is a female support worker role due to the provision of personal care and is exempt under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
