Job summary

Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking an experienced Female Support Worker to join a dedicated care team supporting a female client with Autism, ADHD, and Learning Disabilities in Keighley, West Yorkshire. The role requires sensitivity to non-verbal communication and a compassionate, patient approach to personalised care.

Shifts include weekday evenings and at least one weekend shift, with pay between £13.00 and £13.92 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, person-centred support tailored to the client's individual needs.

Pay Rate: between £13.00 - £13.92 per hour
Shifts: Required to work minimum of 2 shifts per week,

• Monday to Friday: 15:15 – 20:45
• Required to work a minimum of one shift per week: 16:00 – 22:00

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Female Support Worker to join a dedicated care team supporting a female client with Autism, ADHD, and Learning Disabilities.

Our client is non-verbal and relies heavily on her support workers' ability to recognise, interpret, and respond to her individual communication methods, behaviours, and non-verbal cues. The successful candidates will be patient, observant, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality, person-centred support.

Note: This is a female support worker role due to the provision of personal care and is exempt under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
