Dove House in Creswell near Worksop is seeking an experienced Complexed Care Healthcare Assistant to support adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism. You will work within a dedicated team to help residents lead meaningful lives, assisting with daily living, activities, and community engagement.

The role requires experience in complex care settings and a positive, compassionate approach. Shifts include nights and weekends with some transitional placements, and DBS checks are standard.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care and learning disabilities required.
• Ability to work in a supportive team with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to participate in shift patterns including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and participate in community activities.
• Complete service user records and provide overall care and support.
• Assist with personal care as needed within a compassionate, patient-focused environment.
