Contract: Permanent

Salary: NJC Pay Scale, Grade D, Points 7 to 11

Contract: Permanent, Full time (37 hours), TT +5 additional days (39 weeks per year)

Salary: NJC, Grade D, Points 7 to 11 on the NJC Pay Scale Pro rata salary will be £22,782 to £24,283 per annum depending on experience

The role

We are looking for an experienced Administrator who can confidently deliver high quality, professional and efficient administrative and operational assistance to the Central Services and Senior Leadership Team of the trust.

Working as part of the Central Services Team which includes HR, Finance, Data, Estates, Marketing, Governance, SLT and School Improvement Team activities; this is a great opportunity to work in a role that is pivotal to organising and supporting the delivery of key activities across the trust

FCAT is a Multi Academy Trust with teaching and support staff across 10 schools (primary, secondary and all-through schools) and our central services team. We have 6,000 students and around 900 employees across our trust. What will you deliver
  • To act as the first point of contact for all enquiries (phone, e-mail and in person) received in the FCAT Central Services Office from our academies or external organisations delivering excellent customer service.
  • To support the FCAT Central Services and Senior Leadership Team with all general administration as required.
  • To take and type up accurate and detailed minutes/notes from meetings.
  • Data entry and analysis.

  • This role is term time + 5 days, which means you will work 39 weeks of the year during school term plus 5 days during school holiday periods. This provides longer holidays.
