Fast-Track Sales Executive – Career Path to Event Director

Entry-Level | Graduates & Career Changers Welcome

Location: Bristol (Office-Based)

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 base + uncapped commission

OTE Year 1: £55,000 – £65,000

Top Performers: £70,000 – £100,000+

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Fast-Track Sales Executive, you’ll join our Bristol-based sales team and be responsible for driving revenue growth across our global events.

Your role will include:

  • Contacting key decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Building and managing your own sales pipeline
  • Selling sponsorship and exhibition packages
  • Working to exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Learning event planning and delivery from the ground up
  • Progressing into senior roles based on merit and results
