• Previous experience as a floor manager, supervisor, or assistant manager in fashion retail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Results-driven with a keen eye for commercial opportunities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-footfall environment.
• Knowledge of health & safety and retail compliance processes.
