Job summary

White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor to join our Retail team on the high street. You will work closely with the Shop Manager to uphold outstanding customer experiences, drive commercial standards, and develop your team.

As a leader in a busy store, you will coach staff, manage stock and promotions, and ensure visual standards are maintained. You will report to Shop Management and play a key role in delivering KPI targets while living our Brand Values.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion/retail environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and train a team.
