White Stuff seeks a Customer Host Supervisor to lead the team on the shop floor, ensuring an outstanding customer experience and high visual/operational standards. You will work with the Shop Manager to drive sales and develop staff.

You will report to the Shop Manager and be part of the Retail team, contributing to store promotions, stock management and KPI understanding, with a focus on teamwork and brand values.
