Job summary

White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor to lead a high-performing retail team on the shop floor in London. You will drive exceptional customer service, coach colleagues, and support the Shop Manager in delivering commercial and visual standards.

The role emphasises leadership, stock management, and seasonal promotions, with a focus on achieving KPIs and delivering a consistently excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or fashion industry preferred.
• Ability to coach and motivate a team and deliver excellent service.
• Strong communication and working knowledge of KPIs and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold ACE pillars.
• Promote customer data collection and drive email signups.
• Champion multichannel shopping and Endless Aisle initiatives.
• Maintain high visual standards across in-store presentation.
• Coordinate promotions, events, and weekly trading opportunities.
• Communicate KPIs and motivate the team to achieve targets.
• Brief the team in management absence and drive performance.
• Oversee stock replenishment, stock takes and audits.
• Ensure health & safety and compliance in daily operations.
• Support shop operations and ensure smooth ship-from-store and Click & Collect.
