Job summary

White Stuff in Glasgow is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor for a 12-hour contract to support a busy high street shop. You will lead by example, manage a small team and ensure exceptional customer experiences through strong visuals and up-to-date product knowledge.

You will drive multichannel shopping, collect customer data with consent, and contribute to promotions and KPI targets while maintaining a positive team atmosphere and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service with a focus on delivering the ACE pillars: Be Friendly, Be Inspiring, Be Invaluable.
• Experience driving customer data capture, signups and multichannel shopping through endless aisle opportunities.
• Knowledge of KPI concepts and involvement in promotions, events and seasonal activity.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service in line with ACE principles.
• Coach and support the shop team to reach targets and deliver excellent visuals and commercial standards.
• Coordinate stock, replenishment, floor moves, displays and window setups.
• Communicate shop KPIs and key trading weeks to the team and drive sales opportunities.
• Assist with staff rotas, briefs and daily shop operations when management is absent.
