White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor to work 20 hours per week, including weekends, supporting the Shop Manager in delivering outstanding customer experience. You will ensure commercial, visual and operational standards across the store and help develop the team.

You will coach staff, manage stock and promotions, and drive KPI awareness while maintaining store policies and health and safety guidelines. This role suits those passionate about fashion retail and teamwork.
