White Stuff in Reigate is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor to lead by example and deliver outstanding customer service across the high street. You will work closely with the Shop Manager to drive visual standards, stock management, promotions, and daily shop operations, while coaching the team to meet KPI targets.

This is a 12-hour contract with weekend availability may be required; you’ll play a key role in creating a friendly, inspiring environment that reflects our brand values and delivers

Responsibilities

• Leading by example and coaching the team to ensure excellent customer service in line with ACE pillars throughout the Customer Journey.
• Promoting and compiling customer information in line with data protection regulations during purchases and driving email signups.
• Introducing customers to multichannel shopping and Endless Aisle orders.
