White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor to support the Shop Manager and drive outstanding customer service in store. This 16-hour part-time role involves leading by example, coaching teammates and maintaining visual and operational standards.

You will oversee customer journey, assist with stock, promotions and KPI awareness, and help develop the team to deliver on brand values. Weekend presence may be required.
