Job description

Baillie Farms is a progressive arable and potato business farming over 3,000 acres across Perthshire and Fife. Our enterprise includes combinable crops, ware potatoes and an extensive seed potato programme supplying the UK and overseas. With modern technology and high-quality storage, we are now recruiting a Farm Manager to support our growing operation.

This is a diverse, hands-on role across crop management, storage, operations, record keeping and customer liaison for crop movements. Your exact responsibilities will reflect your experience and strengths.

We welcome applicants who are experienced farm managers as well as those earlier in their career with strong practical farming experience and the drive to grow into a management role. What matters most is good judgement, willingness to learn and the ability to work closely within a busy, fast-moving team.

We offer a supportive working environment, competitive package and accommodation.

If you’re organised, enthusiastic and driven we’d love to hear from you.
