Join our Essex Child and Family Wellbeing Service as aFamily Wellbeing Nursewithin HCRG Care Group.
In this vital role, you will work as part of a dynamic Healthy Family Team to provide preventative and supportive health care services.With a strong public health focus, you will collaborate under the guidance of a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) to deliver theHealthy Child Programmeacross various settings, including homes, Family Hubs, and community venues.
As aFamily Wellbeing Nurse, you will play a crucial role in identifying and supporting vulnerable children, including those at risk of welfare and safety concerns.Your work will be pivotal in promoting health and wellbeing within our communities, ensuring that every child and family has access to the care and support they need to thrive.
