A leading health service provider in Hull and East Yorkshire is seeking a Band 4 Associate Practitioner for their Falls Service. This position requires travel across the Hull and East Riding area, necessitating a full UK driving licence. The service operates on a 7-day pattern, including public holidays.

Qualifications
