Due to exceptional growth T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client in Cadeby for a number of Factory Labourer to join their team on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

Our Client is the UK’s largest manufacturer and supplier of precast concrete solutions and due to expansion it’s never been a better time to join their friendly team. • Factory Labourer Job Details & Benefits;
• 520-£620 per week to start with the potential of rising when permanent which will include a weekly production bonus
• 8 hours shifts Monday to Friday starting between 4am-7am – Set shift
• Monday to Friday - Paid for 40 hours standard as your breaks are paid!
• Extra overtime opportunities available paid at 1.5 – Meaning further earnings!

• Building moulds as per specification
• Using a variety of hand tools to undo the moulds
• Cleaning moulds using scrapers
• Mark out openings / holes on the mould using a protractor / tape measure as per the specification
• Selecting the correct reinforcing steel cage to be placed into the mould
• Welding & Operating the overhead Crane – full training is given
• Quality checking the product
• Working within a team to targets
• Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment
