Oxford Leisure is part of Serco's leisure portfolio. The Facility Manager will lead daily operations at a busy leisure facility, ensuring safety, high performance and excellent customer experiences.
You will work with the General Manager to drive growth and people development, supporting a culture of service excellence and safe operations. Role involves managing Duty Managers, data-driven decisions, and hands-on leadership to maintain welcoming spaces for the community.

Location: Barton Leisure Centre, Oxford, OX3 8GA
Salary: £32,000 plus excellent benefits
Schedule: Permanent, Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 6am to 2.30pm or 1pm-9.30pm, Weekends (1 in 3) 7.30am to 4.30pm
