Agratas is powering the future of energy storage — and we're inviting a dedicated and skilled Facility Electrode Technician to join our Cell Prototyping Facility at the R&D Centre. This is a hands‑on role central to the production of battery electrodes, with a strong focus on safety, precision, and collaboration.

If you have experience in battery electrode manufacturing, particularly in dryroom environments, and are ready to contribute to cutting‑edge energy solutions, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibility Areas
  • Electrode Manufacturing: Operate and support processes such as slurry mixing, slot die coating, and inline quality control. Ensure adherence to all safety standards and contribute to ongoing facility improvements.
  • Operational Support: Work closely with project management to coordinate and schedule electrode builds across multiple projects.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records for full traceability and support scientists with data extraction and interpretation. Clearly report process details back to technical teams.
  • Equipment Management: Ensure all equipment is properly calibrated and maintained. Manage critical spares and maintain relationships with equipment vendors to stay updated on market trends and innovations.
