Job summary

VIVO Defence Services is seeking an experienced Service Manager to own service delivery across the Taunton estate. You will oversee reactive repairs, planned maintenance and statutory compliance, acting as the key liaison between VIVO, DIO, Heads of Establishment and site stakeholders.

You will manage supply chain partners, ensure safe and compliant execution of works, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical qualification in Building Services, Engineering, or Facilities Management.
• Experience in managing facilities within a complex environment.
• Knowledge of safety compliance, RAMS, permits and CDM requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reactive repairs and planned maintenance.
• Ensure statutory compliance and Billable Works delivery.
• Manage supply chain partners and on-site contractors.
• Monitor performance through KPIs and CAFM records.
• Provide technical guidance to site teams and stakeholders.
