Job summary

VIVO Defence Services is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the safe, compliant delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across the VIVO RFCA contract in the Nottingham area.

You will coordinate with supply chain partners, deploy qualified operatives with the right equipment, and ensure all activities are recorded in the CAFM system. The role requires strong safety leadership, relationship management, and cost-aware delivery across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in planned and reactive maintenance environments.
• HNC (or equivalent) in building/civil/electrical/mechanical with a management-level safety qualification (SMSTS).
• Strong IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office and CAFM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of planned and reactive maintenance services to a UK MoD contract.
• Coordinate day-to-day service delivery with supply chain partners and regional teams.
• Oversee safe systems of work; review risk assessments and method statements; ensure documentation in CAFM is complete.
