Job summary

VIVO Defence Services, a joint venture between Serco and EQUANS, seeks an Administrator at West Moors to support Area Manager and Site Management. You will handle trackers, POs, PPM tasks and site access, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the Defence estate.

You will coordinate multiple stakeholders, prepare reports and minutes, maintain safety records, and provide broader administrative support as required within the SDA.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CAFM systems.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to the Area Manager and Site Management teams.
• Maintain trackers and raise Purchase Orders for Billable Works.
• Coordinate the allocation and closure of planned preventative maintenance and reactive tasks.
• Coordinate site access and passes, and ensure information is kept up to date in systems.
• Prepare reports, agendas, action logs and meeting minutes, and manage filing and Health & Safety documentation.
• Provide cover for other administration roles within the SDA when required.
