Job summary

VIVO Defence Services, a Serco/EQUANS joint venture, seeks an experienced Service Manager to lead the safe, compliant delivery of planned and reactive maintenance on the DST Leconfield site. You will coordinate day-to-day service delivery with supply chain partners and on-site teams, ensuring qualified operatives, correct equipment, and CAFM documentation.

The role requires an HNC in building, civil, electrical, or mechanical disciplines and a management-level H&S qualification such as SMSTS,

Qualifications

• HNC in building, civil, electrical or mechanical discipline is required.
• Management-level Health & Safety qualification such as SMSTS is required.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and CAFM systems are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, compliant delivery of planned and reactive maintenance.
• Coordinate day-to-day service delivery with supply chain partners and site teams.
• Review Risk Assessments and Method Statements and ensure documentation in CAFM.
• Manage small billable works and provide professional technical advice to stakeholders.
