Job summary

VIVO Defence Services, a joint venture between Serco and EQUANS, seeks a Built Estate Manager to lead facilities management within a secure Defence environment. You will oversee on-site teams, ensure safety/compliance, and coordinate with Defence Infrastructure Organisation and DSTL to deliver planned and reactive works.

The role requires a strong technical background in estate/facilities management, JSP375 knowledge, and a qualification with a health & safety certificate (e.g., SMSTS).

Qualifications

• Extensive estate or facilities management experience required.
• Strong familiarity with MOD standards, JSP375 and safety systems.
• Technical qualification plus health and safety certification (SMSTS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of planned and reactive maintenance on a built estate.
• Ensure compliance with MoD safety standards and JSP375.
• Manage budgets, supply chain, and asset data using Maximo.
