Job summary

JLL Workplace Management is seeking a detail-oriented Work Order Co-ordinator to manage end-to-end work orders, ensuring timely delivery of planned and reactive services. You will log and classify requests, coordinate with engineering and supply chain partners, and maintain accurate records for trends.

The role emphasizes service level attainment, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to contract changes, supporting multiple CEC contracts and projects as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a work order / scheduling / mobile resource planning environment; FM exposure is advantageous.
• Experience coordinating service delivery in a mobile field force environment, including parts management and subcontract service delivery.
• Experience in a customer service environment driven by SLAs, performance measurement and targets.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end work order management, coordinating planned and reactive services within remit.
• Record information to resolve service requests and incidents with accurate classifications for trend analysis.
• Monitor and escalate work orders and incidents to meet service levels and inform customers of status.
• Procurement of services from external supply partners, including PO creation and delivery management.
• Develop and maintain understanding of Maximo, mobile and scheduling systems and related processes.
• Identify opportunities to develop skills and maintain records of development and observations.
• Stay up to date with contract changes and share information with team and stakeholders.
• Handle and resolve customer issues according to the customer complaint process.
• Support CEC contracts, projects, and initiatives as needed.
