Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. Doncaster is seeking a Site Manager to lead site operations, ensuring safety, budget adherence and client satisfaction. You will direct the site team, manage subcontractors, and maintain compliance with CBRE policies.

You will coordinate with procurement, prepare reports, monitor KPIs, attend meetings and drive continuous improvement while delivering high service standards for the client and building occupants.

Qualifications

• Formal C&G or equivalent qualification.
• Experience supervising client teams and contractors.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• IT literate with familiarity in industry software.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation; IOSH/NEBOSH preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain excellent client relationships and service standards.
• Prepare, control and monitor service agreements within budgets.
• Regularly monitor KPIs and drive improvements.
• Manage major on-site work programmes and coordinate with parties.
• Produce management reports and liaise with procurement for external contracts.
• Oversee on-site FM works and subcontractors; ensure work orders are in place.
• Attend regular meetings and manage day-to-day client relationships.
• Coordinate quotes for additional subcontractor works and online approvals.
• Organise approved extra works up to £30k; classify higher as project.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and escalate as needed.
• Maintain fabric of building to high standards and manage risk.
• Provide solutions to issues and support ad-hoc activities.
