Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage service charge budget preparation, monitoring and reporting.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and audits, fire evacuations and emergency planning.
• Direct line management of on-site CBREMS personnel and performance reviews.
• Coordinate procurement in line with policy and maintain records (asset register, plans, testing).
• Maintain occupier relationships and oversee contractor work to contract standards.
