Job summary

CBRE Local UK in Wimbledon is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the day-to-day management of a high‑performance site. You will ensure buildings, plant, and services are maintained to high standards and compliant with Health and Safety and client requirements.

You will drive continuous improvement across maintenance, soft services, and vendor performance while building strong relationships with clients and contractors to deliver reliable, cost‑effective facilities management.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Previous facilities management experience with line management responsibility.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• IT literate with knowledge of industry‑specific IT applications.
• Good knowledge of Health and Safety legislation; IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day facilities management across site.
• Ensure buildings and services are maintained to high standards.
• Oversee operational performance of building services and facilities systems.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance building performance, sustainability, and occupant experience.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, occupiers, stakeholders, contractors, and service providers.
