Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Supervisor to provide on-site management of projects at client sites, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to H&S requirements, and satisfaction of client expectations.

The role emphasizes supervising subcontractors, managing risks, and delivering quality work in line with CBRE policies. You will report to the Senior Project Manager and collaborate with project teams to secure profitable outcomes while maintaining strong client relationships on site.

Qualifications

• On-site project supervision experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety and CDM regulations required.
• Experience managing subcontractors and conforming to client standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite management/supervision of projects at client sites.
• Deliver projects to completion on time and to required health and safety standards.
• Identify, reduce and manage risks (technical, statutory, health and safety).
• Ensure compliance with CBRE project management policies and procedures.
• Provide a safe working environment and ensure H&S policy is implemented across CBRE and sub-contractors.
• Build strong relationships with sub-contractors and preferred suppliers to deliver cost-effective solutions.
• Assist PMs & HoPs to support project development and team collaboration.
• Manage delivery within budget with a focus on profitability through cost reductions.
• Apply control systems to meet statutory, policy and contractual commitments.
• Maintain customer focus and effective relationships with client contacts and site teams.
• Promote and uphold CBRE core values.
• Support the sales process through solutions development and meetings.
