Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management, Building Services or Critical Environments.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety standards (NEBOSH / IOSH desirable).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for contract management of staff and maintenance of services.
• Daily management of the Engineering team.
• Direct and manage CBRE staff and SSPs ensuring compliance with working practices.
• Complete weekly operations report to the client and attend weekly operations meetings.
• Report matters impacting smooth running to CBRE and contracts Senior Management.
• Liaise with client and CBRE Area Manager on contract problems.
• Ensure staff are conversant with operation of critical/noncritical systems.
• Provide leadership, training, and coaching to deliver best practice.
• Support development of training and recognition programs for the team.
• Willing to attend on/off site training, including nights away from home.
