Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Swansea is seeking an experienced Site Manager to own the day-to-day management and operational performance of the client's property portfolio.

You will ensure Health & Safety compliance, deliver customer service, oversee budgets, and drive continuous improvement on site. The role requires confident leadership, strong stakeholder relationships, and the ability to coordinate contractors, manage service partners, and produce management reports for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary FM teams.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety, compliance and contractor management.
• Excellent client-facing skills and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Lead on day-to-day site operations and performance.
• Oversee budgets, service contracts and supplier performance.
• Coordinate subcontractors and service partners on site.
• Produce management reports for clients and internal teams.
• Manage QHSE compliance including safe work practices and training.
• Attend client and internal meetings and communicate scope changes.
