Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Contract Manager in Bradford to oversee the contract staff, operation and maintenance of all services and building performance. You will direct the Engineering team and ensure compliance with CBRE processes, while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high quality facilities management.

The role requires leadership skills, experience in facilities/building services, and a solid understanding of health and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading technicians/operatives.
• Knowledge of H&S standards (NEBOSH/IOSH) desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract staff and operations across services and building performance.
• Direct and manage the engineering team and ensure compliance with CBRE processes.
• Lead client engagement, attend client and operations meetings as required.
