Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Manchester is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee hard services contracts across offices. You will ensure safe, clean, and efficient workplaces, manage budgets, and lead compliance and contractor coordination.

Responsibilities include daily contract oversight, RAMS reviews, permits administration, site inductions, and inter-team collaboration to deliver excellent workplace experience. Travel to regional sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance management experience
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, civil or facilities management
• Coordination of building maintenance and fit-out awareness
• Able to think on their feet and adapt as required
• Process, reports and paperwork awareness
• Knowledge of CAFM systems and ePermits
• Familiarity with current H&S requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hard service contracts and planned/reactive maintenance.
• Plan finances with WFM Lead to meet targets and budgets.
• Review contracts and SLAs with monthly/quarterly meetings.
• Ensure H&S, energy, quality and environmental compliance.
• Maintain contractor RAMS, permits to work and inductions.
• Coordinate with site teams and housekeeping for workplace experience.
• Travel to other sites within the region as required.
• Front of House cover as needed.
