Zusammenfassung

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd in Manchester is seeking an experienced FM Contract Manager to oversee hard services on key contracts. You will lead operational staff, manage budgets and ensure performance of the Hard FM services, with a focus on compliance and client satisfaction.

Based in Manchester City Centre with some travel, the role combines strategic lifecycle planning, cost control, and developing a high performing team while maintaining service standards and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• City & Guilds Level 3 in Mechanical or Electrical (or equivalent).
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Hard FM background with CAFM experience for contract efficiency.
• Experience managing facilities management staff.
• Excellent communication, leadership and motivation skills.
• Understanding of statutory compliance and contract deliverables.
• Experience managing multi-functional teams.
• Commercial/financial experience.

Aufgaben

• Oversee operational staff, budget and performance of the Hard FM.
• Develop and manage all services on site for clients, staff and visitors.
• Liaise with the client to meet day-to-day and future contract needs.
• Maintain performance against budgets and drive cost efficiencies.
• Lead lifecycle planning and major project delivery for the contract.
• Manage recruitment, development, appraisal and discipline for the team.
• Control expenditure and income within budget and build client relationships.
• Ensure high-quality delivery and compliance with statutory/contract obligations.
• Identify value-adds and productivity improvements.
