Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operational activities in line with health & safety, environmental, and company procedures.
• Prepare, control and monitor the service charge budget with Senior Facilities Manager.
• Prepare management reports and liaise with authorities and service providers.
• Direct line management of on-site CBREMS personnel and conduct regular appraisals.
