Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Contract Manager to cover a national portfolio from the Midlands area. You will oversee contract performance, manage the Engineering and Operational teams, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring compliance and safe operations.

The role requires hard services FM experience, leadership skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will drive continuous improvement, monitor SLAs, and contribute to cost control and service quality

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Hard Services FM; self-delivery and subcontractor management.
• Strong leadership and motivation skills to direct and manage a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; solid Health & Safety knowledge (NEBOSH/IOSH preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; well-organised and detail-oriented.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract performance, ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance, and efficient operations.
• Lead Engineering and Operational teams, including performance, training and CBRE procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders and CBRE management; reporting and issue resolution.
• Manage financial plans focusing on revenue, profit and cost reduction while maintaining quality.
• Identify improvements, implement control systems to meet contractual commitments and ensure safe working environment.
• Deliver effective communication and ongoing training for site, systems and staff development.
