Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced FM Contract Manager to oversee all hard services on key contracts. The role calls for a technical M&E background and day-to-day contract operations in Manchester City Centre, with occasional travel to other sites.

You will manage operational staff, budgets and performance, ensure compliance, and contribute to lifecycle planning and service delivery while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience for managing hard FM contracts and staff.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• CAFМ system experience and site wide service delivery knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational staff, budgets and Hard FM performance.
• Develop and maintain services with clients and staff across sites.
• Ensure contract requirements, compliance and cost efficiencies are met.
