Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Facilities Management professional to oversee day-to-day operations, client relations, and service delivery across hard and soft FM services in the UK.

You will manage CMMS/work order systems, budgets, and compliance while coordinating with finance and contract support to ensure accurate billing and cost control. You will lead teams, suppliers, and contractors to meet KPIs and SLAs, maintain auditable records, and drive continuous improvement aligned with

Qualifications

• Proven FM experience with client, supplier and team management.
• Demonstrable people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Health, Safety, Environmental, and compliance best practices.
• Experience managing contractors, suppliers, service delivery, and KPIs/SLAs.
• Good financial acumen with budget management experience.
• Understanding of contracts, supplier negotiations, and procurement processes.
• Experience working with CMMS/work order systems.
• PC literate with MS Office and SharePoint.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritise, and solve problems independently.
• Engineering/Technical or Facilities Management qualification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships and act as primary FM contact for KPIs.
• Manage laboratory environments to maintain controlled conditions.
• Lead teams, suppliers and contractors for high-quality FM services.
• Ensure Health, Safety, Environmental and legislative compliance.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee FM operations including CMMS, budgets and SOX compliance.
• Provide budgeting, billing, and cost-control with finance.
• Deliver accurate CBRE and client reporting and escalation handling.
• Maintain supplier relationships for maintenance and subcontractors.
• Coordinate administration and auditable records across locations.
