Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of hard FM (M&E, compliance, PPM, reactive maintenance) and soft FM (cleaning, security, waste, catering).
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Act as primary client interface with Thales stakeholders.
• Create and lead onsite team to deliver exceptional customer experience across the site.
• Lead, motivate and develop on-site teams and subcontractors for high performance.
• Oversee asset management, lifecycle planning and maintenance strategies.
• Manage budgets and drive cost efficiencies and value-add opportunities.
• Responsible for KPIs and SLAs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Produce operational reports, support audits and governance.
• Lead or support small works and project delivery as required.
