Job summary

IWFM in Crawley is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead day-to-day facilities services at a busy client site. You will ensure a safe, compliant, well-managed workplace while building strong relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers, and you’ll supervise service teams and monitor performance.

• Previous experience in facilities management, workplace management or site operations.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• IOSH or similar health and safety qualification desirable.

RGsetsquare recruitment is working with FM and Construction Companies who are responsible for managing a mixture of reactive and planned maintenance contracts across UK.

Rate: 22– 25/hr PAYE
Duration: temp to perm for the right candidate.

We're looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the day–to–day delivery of facilities services at a busy customer site in Crawley. You'll be responsible for maintaining a safe, compliant and well–managed workplace while building strong relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers. You'll lead service teams, manage performance, resolve issues quickly and ensure high standards are delivered every day. The role covers both hard and soft FM services and requires a hands–on, customer–focused approach.
