Qualifications

• Full UK driving license and own vehicle required.
• Experience as a Handyperson, Maintenance Operative or Fabric Engineer is essential.
• Participating in site moves and small project works is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventative maintenance tasks to keep facilities in working order.
• Carry out reactive maintenance including plumbing and general repairs.
• Support the upkeep of building areas and report issues promptly.
• Assist with contractor supervision and ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and respond to requests promptly.
