Job summary

Mitie is seeking a Facilities Coordinator in Guernsey to support service delivery within a prestigious corporate banking environment. You will coordinate facilities management activities, ensuring a seamless workplace experience while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.

The role requires coordinating reactive and planned maintenance, managing relationships with client stakeholders, and ensuring safety and timely delivery of services in a high-end corporate office setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, ideally in corporate/offices/banking/financial services environments.
• Understanding of hard and soft FM services, including safety and building services maintenance.
• IOSH qualification or equivalent health and safety awareness.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with senior clients.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using CAFM systems and producing operational reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reactive, planned, and statutory maintenance across a busy corporate portfolio.
• Act as a focal point for client stakeholders and deliver professional service.
• Allocate works to engineers and contractors, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Monitor PPM programmes and statutory requirements to support operations.
• Track performance and maintain records, audits, and KPI reporting.
• Review service reports and coordinate follow-up actions with engineering teams.
