Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Contract Support to join the team in London on a permanent basis. The role provides administrative management of supplier contracts, certifications, and documentation in line with internal and client requirements.

You will support the Contract Quality Management function, ensuring contracted services meet defined standards and timelines. The position emphasizes collaboration with vendors and internal teams to deliver compliant, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience; in lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education considered.
  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and administer agreements for contracted services; prepare new contracts, renewals, and amendments.
  • Coordinate compliance procedures, facility maintenance, and landscaping requirements with vendors.
  • Identify safety, operational, and maintenance issues; schedule support for special maintenance and repair projects.
  • Track vendor performance and prepare basic reports for stakeholders.
  • Assist with project management involving internal/external contributors and vendors.
  • Adhere to CBRE RISE values and model behaviours.
