Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management, Building Services or Critical Environments.
• Strong communication skills; ability to lead, motivate and direct a team of technicians/operatives.
• Desirable: Health and Safety knowledge (NEBOSH / IOSH) or equivalent training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Good level of English and Mathematics.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
• Ability to work under pressure while delivering services to the client within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract management of staff, operation and maintenance of services, projects and building performance.
• Direct and manage the Engineering team and ensure compliance with CBRE processes.
• Coordinate with client, attend meetings and prepare weekly operations reports.
• Ensure adherence to working practices, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Drive improvements in procedures, systems and staffing for cost efficiency and service excellence.
• Maintain relationships with client contacts and CBRE senior management.
